In WELL COMPLETION, the following concepts are lacking: - partial penetration skin - mechanical skin - effective permeability thickness These should be time dependent properties.

Add new properties for well completion

Three new properties were added for well completion. Two, pty partial and mechanical skin efect, were added as transient properties. The third, effective permeability thickness, was added as a regular property.

To make the model consistent with the two new properties of well completion, pty skin effect was made transient, also.
