Catalog_bottom_hole_assembly appears to be inappropriate since a BHA is not manufactured but is dynamically assembled/disassembled at a well site. It would appear to be more appropriate as a Typical_facility.
Delete entity Catalog_bottom_home_assembly. See related change request #1051.
