Boundary_type and Relative_rank (reference behavior) do not have a description attribute. Perhaps all reference behaviors should be checked.

Add a description attribute to subtypes of reference_behavior

An optional description attribute was added to all the subtypes of reference_behavior from which it was missing and was required. The subtype entities are: symbol_library, relative_rank, predicate_type, hole_type, application_coordinate_transformation. This is an extension and so has no data migration requirements.

Boundary type deleted

Because boundary type was deleted in 0919 the request to add an attribute boundary type.kind is rejected.
