1047 Add preferred well location

In V2.0 Epicentre data model, there is no place to identify a preferred well location in the well location property table. There is a business need to identify which location is a preferred one. A possible solution is to add a column 'Preferred' to the well location property table to indicate the location preference This request is resulted from a discussion at the Landmark Seismic Subsetting workshop from 1/22-1/26/96 and we would like it to be included in the Epicentre 2.1 release.

Add preferred property behavior to Epicentre

The boolean flag "preferred_flag" was added to the entity Property. If the value of this is True then this is the preferred value of this property type for the object which it describes.
