There is a need for a PACKER type. When using the set_packer activity it would make sense to be able to hook it up to a PACKER facility.

Entities which were subtypes of other entities are moved into wellbore component facility. Some are re-named to make them more consistent and recognizable. This also affected their uniqueness clauses. The following entities were moved from wellbore_component_facility to the new wellbore_tubular_facility: completion_facility (renamed), casing_string, drillstring, tieback_string. The following were moved from equipment_item to wellbore_tubular_facility: shock_sub, drilling_jar, drill_measurement_tool, core_bit, centralizer (renamed), stabilizer (renamed), hole_opener, drill_bit, perforating_gun, underreamer, bridge_plug.
