1129 kick and kick_recovery missing

A kick activity can not currently be described in Epicentre. It is needed as an instantaneous activity. A new subtype of activity kick is needed. The volume influx from the formation that generates the kick needs to be linked to the kick activity. This requires an extension for a kick_recovery, subtype of a well_test_recovery. In kick_recovery: kick (M,K: kick) specifies the activity which resulted in this fluid quantity being produced. In kick: kick_recovery (O,V: set[0,?] kick_recovery) indicates the various fluid quantities produced during the kick.

Add entities and relationships

A new wellbore_activity subtype of drilling_kick was added. Add entity drilling_kick_fluid to record the volume of the fluid entering the wellbore. The new entity drilling_kick_fluid needs properties to describe the quantity of fluid in the kick. Add a new diagram to show the new behavior.
