Uniqueness constraint on well_log_trace and ref_well_log_trace is insufficent in that it does not include the constraint for ref_naming_system. The lack of this prevents us from loading the well logging curves directly from company tapes, because different companies use the same mnemonics but they mean different things.
Add ref_naming system to well_log_trace uniqueness constraint. Note that ref_well_log_trace was deleted as result of change request 705.
