Delete subtypes of rock_feature

The stratigraphic_feature subtypes duplicated behavior defined for material class without the benefits of a generalized design. Material concepts were commingled with classification methodology. Therefore, these subtypes were deleted with the intention that the material clas s structures will provide the classification function. The subtypes of rock_feature are deleted and the descriptive classification is now handled by material class. The subtype relationships are moved to rock feature.

Add optional identifying relationship from local_rock_feature to earth_surface_feature. Add definition relationship from rock_feature to material_class. A new supertype, geologic_object was added. This is the supertype of geologic_feature and rock_feature_part.

Move the deleted relationship to rock feature level

Previous relationship to biostratigraphic_unit was moved to the rock_feature level. Note that the "terminate within" relationship from wellbore to lithostratigraphic_unit was deleted as part of change request 1123.

Move relationships to rock_feature supertype

The relationship from pool to lithostratigraphic_formation has been moved to rock_feature, as the subtypes of rock_feature (including lithostratigraphic_formation) have been deleted and these concepts moved to material_class.

Add rock feature part to rock material

Rock_feature_part was added as a subtype of rock_material. It is the supertype of all entities that describe a limited physical portion of a rock_feature, like an outcrop, the rock in a wellbore or a rock sample. Local_rock_feature was added as a subtype of rock_feature_part to allow the description of a rock_feature in a smaller context or area, such as the characteristics of a formation in a given reservoir. A rock_feature_part may be a part of another rock_material. In this way a core sample can be extracted from an outcrop, another core, or any other rock material. Add a relatinship to allow a rock_feature_part to be located by earth_model_objects.

Change the supertype of entities from rock_material to rock_feature_part.

Delete "location" relationships.

Delete the following "be located by" relationships because they are redundant to the new relationship from Rock_feature_part to Earth_model_object: from Outcrop_sample and Rock_in_outcrop to Position_in_earth_model, from Subsurface_rock_segment, Core, Drill_cuttings_sample, Palentology_slide and Rock_thin_section to Position_in_wellbore.

Delete relationship rock sample represents rock feature.

The relationship that allows a rock_sample to represent a rock_feature was replaced by a more general situation where a rock_material has rock_feature_parts.

Change entity name to show activity

Lithologic_description was renamed to lithologic_analysis to more completely convey the concept of an activity.

Modify attributes that used to point to lithologic_description to lithologic_analysis.

For attributes which are pointing to the renamed entity, change the attribute name from lithologic_description to lithologic_analysis.
