1259 Duplicate labels for domain rules

Transient_association has the same label for one of its domain rules as some of its subtypes. This is also true for Property and Pty_transient_property

Change the label of the domain rule for transient_association, Proprty, Change the domain rule label where there are inheritance clashes

The label of the domain rule for transient_association, pty_legal_survey_location, pty_location_accuracy and pty_sensor_calibration were changed to avoid name clashes with inherited domain rules.
