Epicentre Logical Data Model |
A tubular string which is used within a wellbore to isolate exposed formations. There are many reasons why a string may have to be committed, but the primary ones are: to provide sufficient wellbore pressure integrity, to prevent problems with unstable formations, and to isolate production zones. A string may be committed to enable further drilling or for production purposes.
