The property is given by ref property kind which specifies a ref property type with a ref kind descriptor and a ref property qualifier. For example, the use of velocity quantity as a seismic velocity is specified as an instance of ref property kind which in turn specifies an instance of ref property type "seismic velocity", an instance of ref kind descriptor such as "SV-wave", and an instance of ref property qualifier such as "root-mean-square".

The status of this instance in the version of Epicentre running in a data store. This is an enumerated datatype for which the following are the possible values: current, provisional, deprecated. Current - use without restriction. Provisional - use with caution, this value is for comment and may not appear in future releases of Epicentre. Deprecated - avoid use if possible, it is planned to remove this value in the next major release of Epicentre. Inherited from reference_behavior.


code_alias (I, V: SET[0:?] ref_code_alias(standard_code))

Defines a list of alternative names associated with this instance. These may be aliases, translations, codes, etc. Each ref_property_type may have one or more ref_code_alias. Inherited from ref_code.


source_reference (O, I: ref_source_reference)

The reference used by source to provide the standard instance, such as Petroleum Industry Data Dictionary (PIDD), Websters Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, etc. Each ref_property_type may documented by one ref_source_reference. Inherited from reference_behavior.


version (O, I: ref_epicentre_version) (0644)

Describes the version of Epicentre when this status was assigned to this instance of reference behavior Each ref_property_type may version one ref_epicentre_version. Inherited from reference_behavior.
