electrical conductivity conductivity The property of a solid or fluid to conduct electricity. POSC 2.1 current
correlation ratio A measure of the similarity of two waveforms. Normalized such that a value of one indicates perfect match, a value near to zero indicates very little match and a negative value indicates a degree of match if one of the phases is inverted. electrochemical equivalent equivalent The mass in grams of a substance produced or consumed during electrolysis by 1 faraday (96487 Coulombs) of charge. For an element or compound, it is simply the gram-equivalent-weight of the substance (gram-molecular-weight divided by the number of electrons participating in the electrolysis (for elements, the valence)). elemental yield ratio Ratio of element abundances as determined from a type of spectral well log. POSC 2.1 current

field static seismic time A time shift to remove effects of a near surface model. The source/receiver is moved from its location in the model to the surface of a flat datum. The datum may be above or below the surface of the "removed" model. Signed values added to the axis causes effects of the model to be subtracted from the data. Positive value means time will be added to an event on the axis (moved deeper in time equating to moving to a higher elevation). POSC 2.1 current
