E-mail is the preferred medium for contacting the POSC Help Desk. The policy is to respond to requests for help within two business days. The Help Desk is located in the Houston, Texas office. Hours for telephone support are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central time). Should you need a higher level of support than is normally provided by the Help Desk, please contact us to make arrangements.

A mail list, release-updates, is available for those who wish to be informed of updates and fixes as they become available. To subscribe to this list, send email to:
      majordomo@posc.org

Leave the subject line blank. In the message body, type the following:

      subscribe release-updates <email-address>

Include the <email-address> only if you are subscribing an address other than the one from which the message to majordomo is being sent.
