Full License Agreement for POSC Universal Units Converter

By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the POSC Universal 
Units Converter, hereinafter referred to as the "Software," and keeping 
the Software for over 30 days, you agree to pay POSC $10 US and be 
bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to 
the terms of this Agreement, promptly delete the Software from your 
computer system. If you would like specific rights not granted in this 
agreement, please contact POSC for more information. 

The enclosed software, including, but not limited to, one or more of 
the following: source code, object code, dynamic link libraries, 
static libraries, header files, sample programs, utility programs, 
Makefiles and scripts, together with the accompanying documentation 
(collectively known as the "Software") is owned by POSC or its 
suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international 
treaties. 

POSC grants to you the limited right to use the Software in the 
manner set forth in this agreement. 

Subject to the restrictions contained in this agreement, you MAY: 

A. Install one licensed copy of the Software on one computer for use 
   by one person at a time.

B. Modify the source code for your personal use.

C. Freely copy, store and distribute the Software in its original 
   unmodified form providing that you comply in full with all the 
   terms and conditions of this document.

Notwithstanding any provisions in this agreement to the contrary, you 
may NOT: 

A. Distribute in any manner any modified source code, example code, 
   Makefiles, object modules or independent static libraries of the 
   Software except as allowed by separate included license agreements 
   that the source code, example code, Makefiles, object modules or 
   independent static libraries may be subject to. 

B. Use, copy, modify, merge or compile all or any portion of the source 
   code or object code of the Software except as expressly provided in 
   this agreement. 

C. Distribute any portion of the Software or any derivative of any 
   portion of the Software in a software development product or 
   otherwise in competition with POSC's distribution of the Software. 

D. Rent or lease the Software. 

G. Transfer or assign the Software or your rights under this agreement. 

Warranty and Liability

POSC warrants that the media on which the Software is distributed
shall be free from defects and will replace defective media free of
charge, on return of the defective item.

POSC has taken care in the design implementation and testing of the
Software, but the complex nature of computer software makes it 
impossible for us to warrant that it will not contain significant 
errors, or that it will function as intended in all circumstances.

POSC accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the 
use of the Software, regardless of whether or not any loss or damage 
was caused through negligent or accidental inclusion of features or 
errors in the Software. This exclusion of liability shall extend to the 
distribution of damaging programs, not authored by POSC, including but 
not limited to computer viruses and Trojan horse programs.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS 

The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(l)(ii) of the Rights in 
Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or 
subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -- 
Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
