POSC Board

At each Annual Meeting, POSC members elect Directors to serve on the Board. The term of office is three years, and approximately one-third of the Board seats are elected each year. The composition of the Board is five seats from oil companies, three seats from commercial companies, one seat from a not-for-profit or government organization, one at-large position and one seat for the POSC President. Members are encouraged to interact with the Board representatives to raise questions, discuss issues and make suggestions.
