Eldad Weiss
Eldad Weiss has served as Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Geotechnology since its formation in August 2002 and as Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Geophysical from its inception in 1993.
He lead the company through several financing rounds including a NASDAQ IPO and a series of strategic acquisitions and strategic alliances and its recent $100 million Going-Private transaction resulting in the formation of Paradigm Geotechnology as the group holding company.
As a business leader and industry visionary Mr. Weiss's articles and interviews are published frequently in trade magazines and business press.
Under his leadership Paradigm has grown from a small boutique technology player into a full-solution technology powerhouse, with more then 550 professionals serving all major oil-and gas-producing provinces in the world through a global network of 23 offices in 18 countries.
Eldad Weiss founded Paradigm on the belief that through innovative usage of leading-edge geoscience and computer science technology Paradigm's solutions would dramatically contribute to the oil & gas industry's improvement in the efficiency, productivity and the economy of discovery and recovery of oil and gas reservoirs.
Mr. Weiss has been involved in providing information solutions to the exploration & production segment of the oil &
gas industry since 1986. Before founding Paradigm Geophysical Mr. Weiss served as a Senior Vice President of Grant-Tensor Geophysical Corporation; a Houston based oilfield services Company (today Grant geophysical) in charge of their geoscience software division.
Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
