This
was a public meeting, free of charge and open to all interested persons. The focus of
this Seminar was on 'right time' seamless flow of well site data to speed and enhance decision-making.
Everyone interested in the business process of drilling data acquisition
and transfer is encouraged to attend.
The WITSML standard supports data exchange from the rig site to the office environment. Take-up of WITSML is strong and providing exciting results. The seminar featured presentations from oil company operators, software suppliers, and service companies addressing the experiences and benefits being derived by WITSML deployment and their plans for future use of WITSML. An Exhibition was held throughout the Seminar. A reception, hosted by Baker

All organizations with an interest in the WITSML standard are invited to join the WITSML SIG to support the standard and to determine its future direction. |
