The Fall 2002 POSC U.S. Conference and Annual Member
Meeting continued the focus on the benefits of the rapid
creation, implementation and use of Energy eStandards. Election of new
Board Director positions were completed and results announced.
The overall theme of the fall conference
and annual member meeting was
"E&P
Knowledge, Information and Data: Documents, Data Stores and Catalogues"
The first day featured two workshop/seminars;
the second day included
the POSC Annual Member Meeting and was organized as a plenary conference with keynote speakers,
Board election results, reports from the
first-day workshops, and a session on current POSC activities.
