    Meeting Logistics

    The revised location for all of the October meetings is the Luxury Collection Hotel, 1919 Briar Oaks Lane, Houston, Texas, USA.

    Meeting attendees are requested to register in advance for all of these meetings. Please use the on-line Meeting Registration Form.

    Meeting Content Summary

    • Annual Member Meeting - This is the formal annual meeting of POSC's member organizations designed to review the progress of the past year, discuss plans for the coming year, and to complete the election of open Board Director positions.
    • Member General Meeting - This is the name of the quarterly POSC member "shareholder" meetings focused on discussions and presentations intended to further the value of POSC membership and to achieve high-value information exchange among the members, Board, and staff. The Member General Meeting alternates between locations in the US and in Europe.
    • Supplier Workshops - These are the focused, technical workshops put on by suppliers of POSC-related products.

    Supplier Workshop Series

    These will be the continuation of the series of supplier workshops that began in November '97. Supplier workshops are intended to give POSC members an opportunity to learn what a selected supplier is doing regarding POSC in detail, with adequate time for interaction. Each workshop will conclude with a discussion session.

    Member Speaking Opportunities

    POSC members are encouraged to be pro-active either by participating as session speakers or by nominating relevant experts to address our member meetings.
