The root schema for WITSML Regulatory messages. This schema incorporates by
reference a relevant subset of WITSML object schemas. The WITSML Server API
does not currently support composite object schemas, such as this one. This
schema is an integrated model of the relevant data objects, representing
multiple object instances in one message. Data objects are integrated using
an XML Schema hierarchy from well and wellbore. Plural data object root
elements are represented by elements in the form "xxxSet" where "xxx" is the
data object name. Well and wellbore content is present in generalInformation
elements. This schema is derived from the WITSML Version 1.3 specifications.
Extended scope is added to the well and wellbore data objects.

WITSML objects that were not needed within the context of this schema have been
eliminated. uid attributes are optional.
