Help Desk POSC maintains a Help Desk to provide assistance and information. The Help Desk is monitored from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CDT) Monday through Friday. However, messages can be recorded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Messages will be addressed at the soonest possible opportunity. Specification Help/Support POSC provides maintenance support for current versions of the technical specifications. Before submitting questions/requests to POSC, we recommend that you review the pages referenced below that document problems and requests that have already been logged into the system: Errata for Version 2.2 Release This is a listing of updates and fixes to the Version 2.2 specifications released on CD-ROM and at the POSC Web site in December 1997. Errata for Version 2.1 Release This is a listing of updates and fixes to the Version 2.1 specifications released on CD-ROM in September 1996. Training

POSC can be contracted to provide your training needs. Training can be done either at POSC's facilities or in-house. You can request an existing training module or POSC can customize training to meet your specific needs. See the list of Training Modules.

Training for POSC technology is also provided by independent, third-party companies which have passed POSC certification. These trainers set their own schedules for training classes. POSC recommends that you refer to the list of Training Providers for POSC Technology and contact the training providers for information regarding their offerings.
