Note: Project Plan Under Revision

As a result of the SEM Project Steering Group meeting of July 29-30 1998, the SEM project plan is being revised by POSC to meet the following objectives:

Provide a current situation analysis including:
1. the sponsors' consensus on scope/requirements
2. a survey of industry activity.
Produce the preliminary definition and structure of objects required to support both the business concepts and representation issues surrounding the overall SEM concept by focusing on a particular SEM usage scenario.

A revised summary project proposal based on the above objectives will be available at this location in the next few days.
